Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy

At Treasure Trove, every piece is thoughtfully curated and carefully inspected before it reaches you. We strive to ensure that your experience with us is seamless and enjoyable. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

01Returns & Exchanges

We accept return and replacement requests under the following circumstances:

To initiate a return or replacement request, please contact us within 24 hrs of delivery via enquiry@treasuretrovelifestyle.com or WhatsApp on +918971311606 with your order number and photographs of the product.

Please note that all returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging, tags, labels, accessories, and invoice.

  • You have received an incorrect product.
  • The product received is damaged during transit.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

02Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

As many of our products are handcrafted, slight variations in colour, texture, finish, size, grain, or pattern are natural characteristics of artisan-made products and shall not be considered defects.

  • Made-to-order or customised products.
  • Clearance, discounted, promotional, or final-sale items.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care after delivery.
  • Products showing signs of use or altered from their original condition.
  • Products purchased online cannot be exchanged at the store.

03Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing enquiry@treasuretrovelifestyle.com or WhatsApp on +918971311606 along with:

Our team will review the request and provide an appropriate resolution, including replacement, repair, store credit, or refund where applicable.

  • Photographs of the damaged area
  • Photograph of the complete product
  • Photograph of the external packaging

04Return Process

  • Submit your return request via email or WhatsApp within the eligible return period.
  • Our team will review your request and may request additional information or photographs.
  • Once approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged through our logistics partners, subject to service availability in your location.
  • Returned products will undergo a quality inspection upon receipt at our warehouse.
  • Upon successful verification, the issuance of Credit Note process will be initiated.
  • Treasure Trove reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

05Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed, packed, or dispatched.

Once an order has been packed or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated and the order will be treated in accordance with the return policy.

Treasure Trove reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

06Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and approved following inspection, refunds will be processed via credit note for the same value within 5–7 business days.

07Shipping

Treasure Trove partners with trusted third-party logistics providers, including Shiprocket and its courier network, to facilitate deliveries and approved return pickups across India.
