At Treasure Trove, every piece is carefully inspected, packed, and prepared before it begins its journey to your home. Many of our collections include handcrafted décor, delicate glassware, ceramics, lighting, and artisanal furnishings that require special handling. To ensure they arrive safely, we use secure packaging materials and trusted logistics partners across India. We currently ship to most serviceable pin codes across India.
01Shipping Charges
Free shipping on all prepaid orders across India if the bill value is above Rs. 8,000.
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
Treasure Trove reserves the right to modify shipping charges, delivery areas, or shipping policies without prior notice.
02Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Please note that handcrafted, made-to-order, customised, or oversized products may require additional processing time. Estimated dispatch timelines will be communicated wherever applicable.
Orders are processed and dispatched on business days only, excluding weekends and public holidays.
03Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS containing shipment and tracking details.
Delivery timelines vary depending on the destination, product category, and courier serviceability. While most orders are delivered within 7–10 business days from dispatch, certain locations may require additional transit time.

04Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, tracking information will be shared via email or SMS.
Customers may track their shipments using the tracking link provided in the dispatch notification or through their Treasure Trove account, where available.
If you experience any difficulty tracking your shipment, our customer support team will be happy to assist.
05Undelivered or Returned Shipments
Our delivery partners may attempt delivery multiple times before returning a shipment to us.
To avoid delays, please ensure that your shipping address, pin code, and contact details are complete and accurate at the time of placing the order.
If an order is returned due to incorrect address details, failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept delivery, or customer unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
06Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives visibly damaged, we recommend that you:

Our team will review the matter and assist with an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.
